Velektin is an insecticide formulated with Emamectin Benzoate 1.5% and Profenofos 35% in a water-dispersible granule (WDG) formulation. It is used as a foliar spray for effective control of major insect pests.

• Chilli: Fruit borer
• 700 g/ha in 500 L/ha; PHI 7 days

Method & Time of Application

• Apply as a foliar spray
• Cotton — first spray at 40–50 DAS
• Maize — first spray at 15–25 DAS; second spray need-based at 30–35 DAS
• Chilli — first spray at 40–45 DAT; second at 65–70 DAT
