Return & Refund Policy – Mana Gramasethu
At Mana Gramasethu, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We are honored to support the hard work of farmers and the reliability expected by retailers. Every product is packed with care to ensure quality and trust. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Note: Due to safety and quality concerns, certain agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemical items cannot be returned once opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used products.

Customized or special order items.

Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer general returns once goods are delivered. However, if you receive a defective, expired, incorrect, or mismatched product, you may request an exchange or replacement free of cost.
Conditions:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence and proof of purchase must be provided to our support team.

Exchange is subject to the availability of the product in our stock.
If the product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternate resolution at our discretion.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Once approved, you will be required to ship the product to our designated return address.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@managramasethu.com with photographs and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
