Supranil  is a dual-action broad-spectrum insecticide containing Fipronil 4% + Acetamiprid 4% SC. It provides effective control of sucking pests like aphids, jassids, and whiteflies in cotton. With systemic, contact, and ingestion action, it ensures quick knockdown and long-lasting protection.

Mode of Action

• Fipronil: Blocks GABA-gated chloride channels in insect nervous system, causing hyperexcitation, paralysis, and death
• Acetamiprid: Acts on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, disrupting nerve signal transmission leading to paralysis

Recommendation

Method & Time of Application

• Apply as foliar spray using knapsack sprayer
• Start spraying at early pest appearance (before ETL)
• Mix in small quantity of water first, then add remaining water
• Ensure uniform coverage of entire foliage

Directions of Use

• Prepare fresh spray solution before use
• Maintain continuous agitation while spraying
• Avoid overlapping spray

Safety Instructions

• Wear gloves, mask, and protective clothing
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke during spraying
• Avoid inhaling spray mist
• Take bath after application
• No specific antidote – treat symptomatically
