Indofil Moximate Fungicide
Moximate (Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% WP) is a broad-spectrum, dual-action fungicide developed by Indofil Industries to control oomycete fungi like downy mildew and late blight. It combines systemic and contact action to provide both curative and preventive protection for crops such as grapes, potatoes, and tomatoes.
Technical Name: Cymoxanil 8% + Mancozeb 64% WP
Features
- Strong kick-back action with flexibility in spray schedules
- Induces plant defense by strengthening cell walls near infection sites
- Prevents spread and invasion of disease
- Effective against resistant fungal populations
Mode of Action
Combination of two fungicides:
- Mancozeb – Contact action
- Cymoxanil – Locally systemic action, inhibits fungal sporulation
