• Crystal Arsa is a non-selective herbicide that provides effective control of a broad spectrum of weeds in tea plantations. It offers rapid contact action by inhibiting the enzyme glutamine synthetase, resulting in quick weed suppression and complete control within a few days of application.

Mode of Action

Arsa is absorbed through the foliage and blocks the enzyme glutamine synthetase. This causes toxic ammonia to accumulate in plant cells, leading to rapid yellowing of weeds within 48 hours and complete plant death within 3 to 5 days.

Recommended Crop

Target Weeds

Recommended Dose: 1000–1320 ml per acre.

Time of Application: Apply at the 3–5 leaf stage of weeds.
