Mode of Action

MORTEL GR acts on the insect nervous system by blocking GABA-gated chloride channels. This leads to hyperexcitation of nerves and muscles, resulting in paralysis and death of the insect.

Method & Time of Application

• Broadcast granules uniformly using applicator or by mixing with sand/fertilizer
• Rice: Apply 15–25 days after transplanting (maintain 2–3 cm water for 2–3 days)
• Ensure sufficient soil moisture for sugarcane and wheat
