Katyayani Phenex 50 is a non-systemic organophosphorus insecticide containing Phenthoate 50% EC. It is designed to control specified insect pests in crops such as paddy and groundnut. It acts through contact and stomach action, affecting the insect nervous system and helping control susceptible pests.

Phenthoate also has reported repellent and ovicidal activity. Use the product only against the pests and on the crops specified on the approved product label.
