Description
- ASSERT is a systemic post-emergence herbicide for selective control of Echinochloa sp., broadleaf weeds and sedges in rice.

- Penoxsulam 2.5% OD
- Systemic broad-spectrum post-emergence herbicide.
- Excellent rainfastness due to unique OD formulation.
- Safe for rice crop when applied as recommended.

- Caesulia axillaris
- Junglerice (Echinochloa colona)
- Sedge — Smallflower Umbrella (Cyperus difformis), and other key weeds.
- 400ml per acre of 400 ltr of Water
- After application, Assert is absorbed through foliage and translocated to meristematic regions via the phloem. It inhibits the plant enzyme Aceto Lactate Synthase (ALS), essential for branched-chain amino acid synthesis, ultimately disrupting cell division in target weeds leading to weed death.
