Delete your Grama Sethu account or data
You control your data. You can delete your Grama Sethu account at any time, or ask us to remove only part of your data.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Grama Sethu app
- Go to Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm
Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2 — Ask us to delete it
Email info@managramasethu.in from your registered email address, or call / WhatsApp +91 93916 89950.
Please include the mobile number registered on your account so we can confirm it is you. We complete the deletion within 7 working days and send you a confirmation.
Delete only part of your data
Want to keep your account but remove some data — a saved address, a product review, or your support chat history? Email info@managramasethu.in and tell us what to remove. We action it within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and mobile number
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wishlist and saved items
- Product ratings and reviews you posted
- Support chat messages and any photos you sent
- Your login credentials
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
What we must keep, and why
Indian tax law (GST) requires us to keep invoice and order records for 8 years. We keep only those records. They are stored separately, and we do not use them to contact you or for marketing.
We never store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled directly by our payment partner.
