Rashinban® Insecticide is an advanced insecticide introduced by Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL) in collaboration with Japan’s Nissan Chemical Corporation. It is specially designed to protect chilli crops during the critical flowering stage by providing effective control over a broad spectrum of sucking and chewing pests, ensuring better crop protection and yield security.

Mode of Action

Rashinban combines two powerful active ingredients for dual-action pest control. Fluxametamide acts as a GABA-gated chloride channel antagonist, disrupting the insect nervous system and causing paralysis. Pyridaben inhibits mitochondrial electron transport, blocking cellular respiration. Together, they provide fast-acting control through both contact and ingestion, resulting in rapid pest mortality.
