Hitweed® Herbicide is India’s first highly selective herbicide developed specifically for cotton. Formulated with Pyrithiobac Sodium 10% EC, Hitweed provides excellent control of a wide range of problematic broad-leaf weeds without affecting the cotton crop. Mode of Action

Hitweed works by inhibiting Acetolactate Synthase (ALS), an enzyme responsible for the synthesis of essential amino acids and proteins in weeds. This inhibition stops weed growth and leads to gradual death of susceptible broad-leaf weeds.
