DIATRON is a broad-spectrum insecticide and acaricide containing Diafenthiuron 50% WP. It provides effective control of sucking pests and mites with contact, stomach, and systemic action. It also shows vapor and translaminar activity, making it highly effective even in dense crop canopies.

Mode of Action

DIATRON is a pro-insecticide that gets converted into its active form inside the pest. It disrupts mitochondrial respiration, stopping energy production and causing paralysis. Pests stop feeding immediately and die within 3–4 days.

Target Crops & Pests

Method & Time of Application

• Apply as foliar spray
• First spray at initial pest appearance
• Repeat 2–3 sprays at 10–15 days interval
• Ensure uniform coverage of crop foliage

Directions of Use

• Mix required quantity in small amount of water
• Stir well and add remaining water
• Maintain agitation during spraying

Safety Instructions

• Wear gloves, mask, and protective clothing
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke during spraying
• Take bath after application
• No specific antidote – treat symptomatically
