Mode of Action
The fungus establishes itself in the soil and plant root zone. Chlamydospores produced within the plant parasitize nematodes. The fungus attaches to the nematode, germinates and penetrates its body. Hyphae grow inside the nematode, weakening and killing it while feeding on its tissues. New chlamydospores are produced to infect additional nematodes, continuing the control process.
